We take patient privacy and security seriously. The information you share with us is used solely to provide you with a personalized experience, thoughtfully tailored to you and your skin's needs.

We understand the importance of safeguarding your information, and we are continuously implementing and updating our administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect it. 

### **Photo Privacy**

To provide you with treatment, you are required to upload photos so our medical providers may properly evaluate your skin. These photos become part of your medical record and are held in strict confidence. Any photos or videos of other Agency members that you may see on our website or social media pages are shared by the members themselves, or captured specifically for marketing purposes with the member's consent.

### **Deleting Photos**

As with any medical record, we are unable to alter your medical history by removing photos. Please be assured that, as a medical practice, we regard patient privacy and security with the utmost care. All patient files are securely stored.
